One More on Monday, Another on Wednesday… and then… =D

Just two more. One’s tomorrow. Another one’s 2 days after tomorrow. Sweet. I can finally finish up like all these other bastards. There have been a few things that I have been looking forward especially for this holiday… Namely… THIS!

SIMS 3!!!

That's sweet salvation right there, son!

Hell yeah, that’s a Sims 3 collector’s edition set right there, son! Yeah, I’m a real geek when it comes to this. There’re very, very few games, and I can’t stress how very few, that I would dish out cash to buy original copies. This is one of them. And God of War is the other one. Epic…

Well, what makes the collector’s edition so special? Well, for starters, it comes with some freebies. Upon online registration, you get 17 AUD credit in the Sims 3 store! I don’t know how much you can get with that but I probably shouldn’t be crossing my fingers as I’m sure a bunch of free-to-download content’s gonna come up pretty soon, knowing these modders! I can’t wait to get some custom building materials to get my town up and running. Pity Sims 3 doesn’t let you create all-new neighbourhoods. Let’s see what happens.

Okay, besides the free online store credit, they give you a free download too, in the form a sexy “European” sports car, which resembles familiar makes of sexy sports cars out there in the market, like the Lambo and the such.

Lastly, an actual freebie that’s in physical form!

A plumbob USB pendrive, sweet!

Pendrive and plumbob seperated

It’s a 2GB USB pendrive in the shape of a plumbob, which is the name for that crystal that hangs above an active Sim’s head during gameplay. Inside the pendrive, there’re wallpapers, screensavers and the new Sims 3 theme song, which is essentially a remix version of the Sims 2 theme song. It sounds alright, but I’m more of a fan of the old Sims soundtrack which features amazing piano scores.

So… I’ve to wait until WEDNESDAY to start installing and playing this li’l bad boy. I won’t say that I’m not stoked, but I’m STILL way too stoked about Dissidia than for the Sims 3 ‘cause I’ve played so much Sims already and this will feel like a walk in the park with new shoes more than anything else. But prove me wrong, EA. Prove me oh-so-wrong and blow my brains out with the sheer awesomeness of this game.

Peace out y’all.
