Yesterday was Thaipusam (DUH). Freakin' good oppurtunity to go out with some friends 'cause they're free. So... plans made, and ladida, decided - Death Note 2 at TGV at Jusco. Since I know that the road that I usually take will be laden with Pursuit Breakers, I took another route, all around it but basically avoiding that 1 road but ending up at the roundabout near there. Horrendous mistake. Freakin' shit jam there. Well, long story short, we managed to claim the booked tickets in time and watched the movie in peace. Death Note 2... woah. All characters still look the same, since that the period between the shooting of both movies are just, what, months apart? Starts off nicely, and kicks off with some serious tension and mind games with L and Yagami Light. Twists here and there but eventually, Light and L dies because of the Death Note. *sighs* Although Light was getting kinda mad in the end, I still wish he'd live. Ah well, this is one anime that strays (I'm saying this in a good manner) from the stereotypical good vs evil animes complete with mini-skirt schoolgirls with tight tops and overly-feminine toyboys. The line between good and evil has been blurred so much, that it invokes loads of questions. Deep stuff, man. Anyway, this morning, the road has been opened again, but the Pursuit Breakers are still there and there was a huge cleaning-up by cops and the MBI (the garbagemen). Why? Duh, here's a look...
