Take Your Pick

Well, I’ve got nothing in general to talk about, just a few things that have happened. In life, uni, country and politics. Alright, the last 2 are mainly the same but what the heck, let’s start with that.

A Change In The Mold

Finally, a change in the government! As you all already know, the opposition parties racked up their best wins ever in Malaysia. Quoting someone in my IBC tutorial today, this probably happened so the majority party in Malaysia would be kept in check and reminded that this is a democratic country, not their playground.

Politics isn’t my cup of tea so I’ll reserve my thoughts about this. If you do feel like having a good read regarding the results of the recent general elections, visit either Wing Hoh’s blog or Ivan’s blog, though the latter might be a bit more brief.

With Grit… And A Sorry Excuse Of Passion

Finally, I went to California Fitness for the 2nd time. I joined like, 2 weeks ago. Fucked up… various reasons for not waking up on time were the key reason for not going. Argh, not gonna talk about it anymore. Plain disappointing.

When It’s Just Not Even Worth It

Ever had those moments were people are so wrong that it just isn’t worth a laugh, retort or even a reaction? It’s kind of like when Dane Cook tells a joke. I don’t know abut you guys, but Cook’s an idiot. How the hell did he land all those movie roles? How the hell did he even GET on the radar?!

That’s beside the point. If you are/were in VU, or hang around in Sunway often enough, you might’ve noticed a guy that hunches a bit, looking quite huge, always carries a backpack around with him and has that face reminds you of how a toked up guy looks like. Dude’s from China, I heard, and is probably one of the weirdest people you might actually encounter in Sunway or VU.

Veri had stumbled onto his blog a few weeks back and told us that he had wrote something a tad insulting about Chee King and the people that he hung with while he was still alive. Just read the post.

Ivan definitely blew his top when he read it. I just found it way too misguided and retarded to even get angry at. I mean, check this paragraph out.

For the same reason, as he felt drowsy on driving back home, he didn’t dare to stop aside of the highway, since, might be one of his friends also passed by and saw him, the friend would possibly broadcast it and all of his friends would laugh at him of trying to be a safe driver.

Grammar’s bad, yeah, wouldn’t expect much from him. But seriously… Even if he was trying to intentionally piss people off, he’s got to take some lessons. However, in all seriousness, this is all misguided. For those who’d probably want his head for writing such blasphemy on Chee King, by all means, I’ll join your angry medieval mob. I’ll bring my own flaming torch and pitchfork.

Let’s see when his picture’s gonna be featured on the obituary in The Star. Peace out y’all!
